OK, drop the hash brown, bread, black pudding and sausages and cut the fat off the bacon.

ditch the tomatoes and add baked beans. Oh and the eggs should be sunny side up - the yolk side looks slightly cooked

As mentioned recently Dave, I only have one fry-up per week - on a Sunday. The other 6 days i have fresh fruit/berries, yoghurt with crushed walnuts sprinkled on top.

Can you see any fat on the bacon Bob? :roll_eyes:

A bit of fat is not the enemy. That’ll be total calories vs activity, and sugar.

If Jim has a moderate lunch and a paupers dinner later then all is good.

It’s not the fat that needs to be cut, it’s the carbs.

Aye 2 sugars in your espresso is worth a bottom spanking on its own.

strangely my parents brought some brownies made wigh that today. so much sugar and such poor quality chocolate, after one mouthful we thanked them and threw the lot in the bin.

they taste nasty and like shit
