I like a spiced onion salad, we make ours with finely chopped coriander, a very finely chopped chilli, black salt, a squeeze of lime and coarsely ground cumin.
Try this, with a heaped tsp of chaat masala (with black salt)
For curry’s I do either onion salad, raita and now the coriander chutney- or have store bought lime pickle, mango chutney- any other options/recipes you’d recommend?
