Eldest turned 16 today so I have been slaving in the kitchen between naps. Tonight we are having a paella with chicken and prawns followed by a Dutch Apple Flan. Photos may or may not follow.

Ha, same here. Chicken (and some home made chicken stock), various leftover veggies. Decided against the leftover roast potatoes from the same Sunday lunch.

last night I turned some ledt over slow roast pork belly, into a porky SE Asian salad. Sliced it super thin on the meat slicer, with some spring onions and other salad and a lime, fish sauce and chilli garlic dressing- served with some thin rice noodles
