Looks epic

It was tasty, but not overpowered by the Chorizio.

One of the best new recipes my wife’s done in a while.

My wife isn’t a great cook, but her idea of bunging frozen edamame into the pan used to cook steak is a great one. They cook while the meat is resting, and take on all the flavour (and seasoning) that would otherwise be left behind. Win.

Carne asada & home made guac. This is one of my top 5 meals. Costco sweetcorn (HIGHLY recommended).

BBQ’d pork. Served with coleslaw, potato salad, and warm salad of cherry tomato, garlic, French beans, feta and a balsamic drizzle.

Lush !
