Cooking Chickpeas in Fresh Coriander Sauce, which is basically chickpeas cooked in green coriander chutney.

This is the saag paneer recipe. I used frozen spinach and I have to say following the method they use it works really well.

That was months ago. There’s a Christmas satsuma in the background.

Cold BBQ from yesterday with home made guacamole/coleslaw/potato salad and some frozen chips because I like chips

You could fry that chicken like I did for my burger.
