Pork Faff Therapy/ What are you eating?

You could fry the salad too. Then throw it away and make a chicken curry.

I like that.

Me too. Chicken curry is ace (except korma which is awful).

Korma is just a strange type of rice pudding IMO.

I have a korma recipe, that is authentic Indian, hot, spicy and enriched with white poppy seeds. Doesn’t have any resemblance to an Anglo Indian Korma

right I must change for cocktails…

That would be a north Indian kurma. The British restaurant version is closer to a south Indian kurma.

Korma is lovely with loads more garlic and chilli

Louise’s reaction to Stinking Bishop was somewhere between gagging and refusing to sit at the table whilst I ate it…personally I thought it was delicious. She said it smelt of manure or dead body!

Ok, manure is pretty much ubiquitous, but how often does she smell dead bodies?

We need to know.

Is it made from real Bishop?

I think Bigod is made in Suffolk or Norfolk.

I think we’ve had it before, and it was on the menu at Parkers Tavern in Cambridge the other night.

Fuck off discussing cheese origins. We all love the cheese, so it’s redundant past knowing what they are. More photos of posh food porn please.
