Fun weekend trying out some new recipes

I donât actually make my own. I used to use the one from the Pat Chapman recipe book, but when I ran out I started using the Bart ready made on.
As an aside, Pat Chapman has something he calls âaromatic saltâ - which is normal salt with some spices added. I like it and find it effective at adding something to dishes.
This. I actually prefer just trying other varieties of Garam Masala to buggering about mixing my own.
