In full swing making soup for lunch now it’s a bit cooler.
Cream of chicken and mushroom soup, prepped in a chicken and dried porcini stock with fresh closed cup and chanterelle mushrooms initially fried in truffle oil with garlic and white wine. There are some upsides to working from home.
