Ha, thanks! I do them on the cooker griddle plate one side at a time with a rigid baking tray on top and a big bit of Cornish slate on top of that. Works a treat.


Pen for scale, I reckon the stone weighs about 15 pounds.

This was made with “meat jumble”. There was pork, beef, bacon, and sausage. Fuckin’ loved it :heart_eyes:
