Chicken, leek, tarragon and mascarpone pie*, served with chips, roasted butternut and mushy peas.
No photo of the plated dish as I was too busy hoovering it up.

*My iPad always makes stuff look paler that it is in the real.

Narelle should take it as a compliment. I mistook the base for a pie dish. That is some seriously nice pastry work.

I know. My eyes were rubbish to start out with and are fecked due to age and side effects. Also, I need a new phone screen.
