Pork Faff Therapy/ What are you eating?

For some reason these ones appear to be drying much quicker, despite being bigger. Might be because I left them to drain for a while before blending, but the consistency seemed similar. I’ve turned the oven down to 50°C

@anon14766838 I want to make this

that looks good

The masoor dal bori worked perfectly in the oven overnight. Looking forward to trying them out. Annoyingly, I don’t need to cook tonight because I have enough left over from last night!

Having found a stash of mince in the freezer, I’ve just made a cauldron of chilli.

There’s a ton of the stuff - does anyone have any suggestions for ways to use it (beyond the usual rice/wrapped in a tortilla etc)?

I’ll try making enchiladas, but there must be others.

Other than the obvious - rice - I quite like it with baked potatoes.

It freezes great though and for whatever reason, seems to taste better afterwards.

Hadn’t thought of baked potatoes. Bit of cheese, some sour cream…

Nice.

No space in the freezer - hence the need to remove the mince.

Probably should have thought of that before making enough chilli for an army.
