Radiohead tour

Anyone else trying to buy tickets ? My application for London was unsuccessful but I’m hoping they add more dates.

Fail as well.

I got one but unfortunately it’s for Bologna, i applied for all the options but didn’t look into it too much thinking I could just jump a flight to any of them. I now realise Bologna is going to be a cunt to get to in November as most flights to Italy stop in October

Did you buy any tickets ?

Silver lining: you could stop by at Modushop and pick yourself up some metalwork, saving the postage (and maybe even the duty ?).

Two hours in various Ticketmaster hellholes, waiting for hours to get in the queue after spending an hour in the pre queue. Cunts the lot of them. Nante. Seen every Radiohead, amok, eraser, smile tour etc etc this millennium. Very upset with the whole thing tbh.

Saw them at King Tuts 3rd May 93

Don’t worry Tony. you’re not missing anything. They’ll never amount to much.
X.

Indeed.

Greatest band of the 99s and this millennium in my mind.

Fail at this end too! And three friends also all failed. Gutted, I’ve never seen them live and really hoped to do so before it was too late!

Not many bands I’m that bothered to see. But Radiohead are one I’d like to,but not in a massive stadium,so doubt it’s go to happen.
Cave and pj Harvey at smallish venue would also be good

I tend to be the gig-booker of the household.

The wife recently commented that Einstürzende Neubauten at the Elbphilharmonie and Beth Gibbons at the Barbican were both really good so could I please rustle up something similar?

Err, artists at the height of their powers in world-class venues aren’t really something I can pull out of my hat

nope

As per previous message nowt for me, gutted. Resale starts Monday so will try again but don’t fancy my chances.

Noticed the thread having just had emails from Ticketmaster and links to ‘tickets’ for the London shows. Dead end despite having gone through wait rooms and the like but does remind to keep coming back so maybe they’re getting returns? Missed out in the ballot. Had the opportunity to buy legit VIP tickets, £3k the pair, not this time.

Did see them last time they played the O2, shocker, looked a great show but we were in the gods and the seats delivered the worst sound I’ve experienced at a gig. Reverberant bass bouncing around the ceiling about all you could make out.
