Spending money on cardboard is somewhat Chi fisting. None of the UK mailers are even close to a propper US mailer- I used to have them made from a crazy rigid virgin card (Recycled is always too soft) but the guy retired. Re-using decent mailers is the way to go unless you are a business.
N.B: Always remove the record (in it’s inner sleeve) from the cover to ensure the movement of the record during transit doesn’t cut through the covers seams.

Did they have serial numbers? 
I had wanted 100 gold foil embossed growler over prints but I fear such pearls would be quite lost
