D’ya think Hempy Mike would be up for bringing back Plymouth’s only topless barbers?
Skimpeys was a fine concept and a strong local brand, with mikes excellent business acumen I’m sure it could dominate the market place again. I’m hoping his gammon faced litigation skills could take out the competition: ‘Balls to the wall barbers’ and ‘Nobby Stylez’ simply do not deserve the profits they are making, look what they did to me
