What hifi kit is anyone bringing ?
I’m planning on bringing a pair of OPUS12 horns c/w celestion AXI2050 and Rythmic servo OB bass. Plus a DSP crossover.

Afternoon all! Does anyone know Robbyrtp on the Maverick forum? He’s based around Warrington and I bought a thing off him and wondered if anyone could collect it and pass it to a Meatman near me at some point? 
I don’t know him personally, but I’m starting a new job in Warrington a week on Monday, so will be in the area. Not sure if I’ll get it close to a suitable meatman before Settle, though.

I could go via the M6 to Settle and that passes very close to Warrington. I don’t know if anyone at Settle can then get the thing close to you.
If not then I could bring it back here (Didcot) which would be a bit closer. A mate of mine in Virginia Water might be prepared to stable it for you if you felt like collecting it from there.

Things changed a bit since I bought the DVD player!
I’ve added a basic system into the kit list to give us something to get started with (or maybe finish with on Sunday evening).
Offers of more interesting items for Friday and Saturday are welcome!! Less than 3 weeks to go…

Just over 2 weeks to go and I’m starting to write the food shopping list.
If we want pizza for lunch then I’m happy to make dough but someone will have to bring an oven - I don’t have one. Any offers?. Or other suggestions?
I have a couple of small BBQs that we’ve used before so kebabs / burgers / etc possible

The weather is a big part of it up there - cooking outside is fun when there’s sun.
On another subject, those that want to do a walk might need to pick between an amble across the hill to a cafe, or a more taxing lollop across some technical terrain (maybe pm me if you have a strong view).
Then I can sort a route and be ready to help.
