Shiny brand new second hand things in my system today V1.2

The Welland.

All the local rivers are effectively canalised, not for navigation, but to allow for flood control measures. Not pretty, but necessary and effective.

Thanks :unamused:

Jap crap lives

One of the large Sanken output resistors had gone on the monoblock.

Also had the caps on the mc head amp replaced as they had dried out.

Sounds really good with the Audience speakers and will stick back with the horns once that novelty has worn off.

What I’m really looking forward to is having the main set up in a bigger room in the new place.

Dedicated spur?

Yep, and chaps, and Stetson

We’ll see what it sounds like first. The Pioneer set goes into step down and the rest comes off a regenerator

I was trolling slightly. I have a regenerator and it gives a good improvement.

Fuses? :cowboy_hat_face:

Any good?

Probably double or treble your money in bits. Depends what’s wrong with it

I had a play with one of those for a while, it was idler drive if I remember rightly, the arm was quite clever with its pivoting head shell to maintain alignment, but a rigidity/resonance nightmare, sounded quite nice with an AT95E bolted to it.
