I just plonked them on the sideboard to get a first listen and was struck by this big soundstage that makes these tiny things disappear.
Ideally they need to be in free space, and when they’re in the living room I’ll have them on small stands that I can shift them out for proper listening.

Been playing all sorts through the little Audience speakers and remain amazed how big and convincing the soundstage they throw out is.
And the Sony amp on class A mode hasn’t exploded just yet either which is a bonus!

Just been chatting to my Dad, he is looking to buy some bookshelf speakers, they need to sit on a cabinet either side of TV close to back wall, he was about to buy some Harbeth P3esr but I suggested he look about a little bit and had heard the Beonicke W5 were not bad but that would be really pushing budget. Anyway recommendations would be gratefully received. I think the Harbeths are about the size limit.

I use totem dreamcatchers in exactly this way. A bit bass light but can be sorted, very good detail and I’ve not really heard much that I would swap them for without spending silly money
