@Adpully After a good 90mins this afternoon buggering around and getting nowhere with the Flex and Dirac. I decided to connect my laptop to the Flex (rather than the PC under the telly)… Would you like to restore the settings and Sofware config from Feb 2024?
Yes I bloody would, 5 secods later and its all up and running.
it had backed up somewhere without me realising.
The lesson here is use the same computer if you decided to bugger about with software and break things - and keep a backup.

MrsKettle.went down a bit of a rabbit hole with the question of how GSM and 3G onwards differ (apart from the 5G Covid thing obvs), but if there is anything other info out there on precisely how the coding differs I suspect she would be interested.
Dumb question but 4G used to be OK pre 5G now when I’m in a 4G area it’s dog shit. Please explain in a way you might talk to mule.
