yeah good luckā€¦ my FiL had his done, more achy than painful with him afterwards. Make sure you follow the advice about stockings post surgery - especially with regard to how long you need to wear themā€¦ he didnā€™t and stopped wearing them earlier than advised and then had to have further procedures;

All OK, leg looks like a battlefield and drugged up on morphine. Just eaten a sandwich, which made me feel a lot better. Itā€™s a private hospital, so you can actually eat the food.
