Personally, I think the shoes being discussed in this thread are, for the most part, fucking horrible.
Furthermore, I am not in any way comfortable with the idea of an item of clothing made out of dead cow being sold to me as having greater longevity than I do.

I found it made me want to apply lots of petroleum jelly to my walking boots and re-lace them. I may clean my Croc’s tomorrow.

Nice. I’ve been quite tempted by some of the stuff in the sale, particularly some brogues with vibram soles.
No @J_B, that doesn’t mean that there’s a sex toy in them.
Disappointing sale TBH.
I fancied some boots in Kudu, but I am not a size 6 or 12.
Likewise Crocket and Jones sale, it only has stuff that they can’t sell (= nobody wants).
I am up in Notttingham in early Jan might go and have a look in the Tricker factory shop again.
Feel free to pay a visit.

I think I got lucky with the boots - I was looking for boots with a man-made sole, rather than leather. Would have bought some brogues in tan had they had some.
Is that in a physical shop, or online?

They can’t tell you what discontinued lines are in the sale because you won’t be able to find them on the website but you can email the individual shops.
