I hung my nose over the SE version of this as I think I needed the higher output (0.4mv)
for the MC paradise phono stage I own.
The normal version you have is 0.25mv.
This is where I need some help as I think the 0.25 is a step up into MC?
Unpopular opinion but given a choice between the Cobalt Blue and Paradise phono, to choose one and change the other, I’d keep the Cobalt and ditch the Paradise.

I’m happy with the paradise. You are correct: unpopular = no for me.
Guessing they means it does need some sort up step up then?
A bit like starting with speakers and working back, I’d say the same about cartridges.
What’s the issue with getting a SUT?
I borrowed Guy’s Urushi Bordeaux, which is the standard version I believe, and it played no problem into my Paradise.
The Paradise is MC only.
