I bought this direct from Rabski in April this year (https://www.maverick-hifi.com/post/ad1865-nonoversampling-valveoutput-dac-13196358). It has four inputs, two BNC and two RCA SPDIF, and a pair of RCA sockets for output. It is based on the AD1865 chip and will handle up to 24/96 on all inputs.
I’m only selling it because I liked it so much that I bought the last one he plans to build as well which uses the same basic design but is made with ‘better’ parts.
