Yes.
this one?

have you tried the air fryer function? any good?
We keep pondering, and wondering why we need it. Another gadget? still tempted by an air fryer…can they make chip shop chips?
We gave up sous-vide years ago when i concluded it added little to the meat. I quite like sous vide salmon and some fish as the texture is interested.
We gave the sous-vide stuff away, but still use the vac pack for marinading.

We’ve done one batch of chips. They’re not as good as proper deep fried ones, but as a point of health compromise I would say they were pretty acceptable.

Yeah, they look good, Simon mentioned elsewhere that he was thinking of a clip on machine though, and I came across the above when I was looking for a recipe.

no room
absolutely no need for any of its other functions.

I use my instant pot a lot. But then I eat a lot of beans.

Sous chef vouchers for xmas so I went for a 28cm Skeppshult frying pan. I fancied the wok, but the pan is more versatile.
mine too, but poor planning means no ingredients to sous vide…
got the vac pack machine as well. Instructions are incomprehensible pictograms.

I was just planning on using water displacement. Got the Stasher silicone reusable bag listed on the Anova site. I don’t intend to eat more meat than we’re generally eating, so figured keep it low key for now

I am not going to use it for meat, maybe the odd bit of pork, but definitely not beef/lamb. My last experience of sous vide taught me I hated meat done like that.
I will use it with veg, fish and eggs

I was thinking fish curry might work well

We use the Sous Vide to cook beef and lamb more than anything else. It is best seared afterwards, preferably on the BBQ. YMMV of course.
