Hi

I have had dealings with this Malcolm too he bought a Tannoy Gold driver from me on ebay. Had it for around 45 days then said there was something wrong with it and wanted to return it. Was very awkward to deal with and seemed reluctant to return the item. As in typical ebay fashion ebay gave him the money back and I have been trying to get the item back without any luck as he stopped replyng to my messages.

I’m curious to know if/how this was resolved. Any word from mad Malc?

Nope, not a sausage.

As I suggested above I’ve just handed the speakers over to the next person in the queue, with the proviso that if Malcolm ever surfaces and responds to any of my messages then they will need to pay me so that I can give Malcolm his money back.

Very generous of you. They must be delighted at getting free speakers.

Indeed, I would have sold them to the second buyer.
That means you have two clear contracts,
One between Guy and Malcolm
One between Guy and the 2nd buyer.

One contract should not be conditional on the other,
