In a no doubt shocking development, it will come as some surprise to you all that I never got around to building my surround sound system based around a huge Yamaha SW 1181V sub woofer.
Claire is going through a Marie Kondo phase and has laid down the law good and proper so it all has to go.
The pile consists of:
Yam SW1181V subwoofer
Crest CPX 900 power amp
Pulse SPA 300 power amp
DBX 223XS crossover
Soundcraft EPM8 mixing console
It all came out a local drama college that have upgraded all their kit. It all works and apparently had a fairly easy time of it, being used mostly for SFX.
As far as I can tell, this is getting on for about £800 worth of gear at used prices. Might be useful for a band or small venue?
I don’t want anything for it, it cost me nothing so I’m just passing it on. A contribution to Forum Funds would be appreciated though.
Obviously it’s not getting posted, so pick-up or taxi from Wigan. I can deliver within a reasonable distance or bring it to Settle.

Having a bit of a clear out and found this. 46 MOJO cover CD’s from around 2007 ( as you can see) and cover a wide range of music as you all know also iirc there are some seriously good ones in there. There is a shit load of music in there so if anyone fancies them give me a shout.
They are all in a CD wallet so easy to package up and post.

Actually a very a good idea tbh as it is a very wide selection of tunes so something for everyone. Ripping them would be a good idea for any FoL’s to get an instant collection of fine music as well.
