Request for help
I am (most likely ) going to sell my battery operated MM/MC Phono Stage - It was built for me especially for the IO by David Wright but it also has a MM switch - It must have some transformers potted inside but impossible to see what is there It might be 80:1 step ups might be something else. I know it worked well enough for me not to look elsewhere - I used it for six years. Aside from a few bakeoffs not been used in anger in other setups - I would be grateful if someone here hopefully who is a IO user and well known on this forum tests it out in their own setup to compare it against what they use and give feedback .
It’s has had a recent battery change and lasts about three evenings use on a single charge - I would also send the charger of course and be happy if this evaluation takes a week or more, ideally a seasoned IO user but anyone with an interest is welcome to try it.
Also happy to post or if easier for testers drive to deliver an hour or so from Okehampton
its 230 w x 350mm deep - Before selling I would probably make a new wooden or Aluminium front to tidy it
