I’ve not seen a thin yet bubbly aerated example with anything approaching impressive leoparding - If you are resorting to ‘docking’ or rolling pins such delights are lost. I’m with Kent man

I really shouldn’t be eating too much bread for a start. Pizza is kind of a borderline enjoyment for me anyway. I think there are way better things to eat. With excellent ingredients , prepared and cooked properly they can be incredible. But I’ll always get something else if they are on the menu. There are loads of fantastic things to eat in New York, and for me Pizza isn’t one of them. When all’s said and done, it’s bread, cheese and tomato. 
Lopwell Pizza is and always has been an utter disaster. Blobs of uncooked dough, burnt at the edges about 10cm across. It’s bollocks, and seemingly, no one is prepared to learn, they just blame stuff on the tools, the dough etc,etc. With all the other unhealthy shit there is to eat there, generally, I’m willing to forego it. However, we live in hope!
Next year, now The Donkey and Speedy Steve have told everyone what to do, things are gonna improve!
