Not really a CP but even though they say there’s no evidence of mental illness there is clearly something wrong with her.
WhyTF would you put her in prison instead of a secure mental hospital where she could be observed and diagnosed over a longer period of time.

Hadn’t clocked that Cruella was in on this at the start, but it figures. Fortunately my boys’ school takes a very different approach to just about everything.
Attempting to pervert the course of justice virtually always carries a prison sentence. It is public policy. People spent time in prison due to her lies. She wasted countless hours of police time. There are other aggravating factors too. There was no psychiatric evidence to support a hospital order. Prison appears entirely appropriate.

Yeah, it does seem that whilst she underwent plenty of psychiatric review, none of it explained / justified what had gone on. Maybe this is just a case of “some people are cunts”
