On Sats and Suns they’ll likely have a Live report of Premier League matches running in real-time. A lot of people do want to know how the matches are going. Good. Post a link to the Live report and they can click on it. Some of us (saddo’s) still watch MOTD. IT’S YOUR OWN PROGRAMME you gormless twats ! Why ruin it ?

I saw this a couple of days ago and it felt less like a systematic programme, more the work of an individual with an axe to grind who is now emboldened and empowered.
Not that that makes it any less repellent - you have to wonder what’s going on in some people’s diseased little minds.

Severn fucking Trent, my water rates have increased from £482 last year, to £630 for this year, talk about taking the piss 
Wyre Forest says hold my beer. When I moved here 3 years ago the council tax was £2,400 - letter this morning says it’s now £3,400 a year.

Fuck! I suppose we should be grateful, our council tax only went up by £80.
Mine’s gone up by 4.7% but it’s still peanuts at £1500 this year.
Fairly lucky with the water as well as that’s only going up by £30 as portsmouth water is quite cheap.
I think the piss is about the only thing they do take, shit just goes straight to river

It’s apparently so complex that they can’t do it on their own. They need an old man (me) to help them across this road by filling in a form. I thought I’d managed that. They even sent me a thank-you e-mail saying that I had. But as soon as my back was turned they’ve wandered off and spent the time playing in the gutter instead. They might get round to moving the number tomorrow. Or they might not, I guess.

That seems insanely basic if it’s all internal systems (IE not moving your number from another provider.)
Sure, they don’t have much to work with. As you say, it’s not as if they have to liaise with another provider. But they are well-known, apparently, for being able to build the minotaur’s maze out of nothing but two bus tickets and their own spit.
The stroke of genius is insisting that my previous Pay Monthly plan MUST be converted to PAYG before it can be converted back to Pay Monthly and that an online form then has to be completed (by me) while the account status is PAYG (not before, not after). This includes typing in the PAYG SIM ID number which is written in microdots on the back of the physical SIM.
Honestly, I am not making this up.
I did all this on Saturday. They acknowledged it. Now they can’t find the form.

Seven days on late middes. Split rest day with late middle in between them. Then the first two of the following five days are early shifts. Followed by late middle shifts.
Good to see TfL and our recognised ‘union’ is on the case with fatigue, innit.
