but it’s not because he’s autistic any more, it’s because he’s working class :man_facepalming:

I wonder which section of the population he’s going to throw under the bus next. Us baldies is my bet.

Makes a lot of sense when you think about it. It’s the massive surfeit of testosterone responsible for both /s.

If baldness and autism combined to cause this sort of behaviour then the Brownies would be staying far away from Lopwell.

I think they should still broadcast the new series, but with Zig and Zag dubbed over doing their voices.

Between this and Greg Wallace getting sacked off, it does give a great opportunity for a complete reboot, it’s been dire for years..

Rachel has made a raspberry and bergamot fondant, a raspberry gel, a salted white chocolate tuile and an application for a restraining order.

I actually don’t mind the format and prefer it to some of the randomly combative options from other countries.

For less punchable hosts in any reboot situation, I’d go with Jimi Famurewa and Anna Haugh. Both know how it works, both seem to have no determinable issues with underwear and neither of them confronted with a word spelled ā€˜P A S T A’ utter paaaaaaaahhhhhhhhstaaaaaa in response.

I’ve watched a few series of Masterchef Australia, that’s definitely been a step up from the UK one. I can imagine the USA one is completely not my thing though.

Yes, and the Oz version has had a turnover of judges over the last few years, which doesn’t seem to have affected it’s popularity.

There’s quite a few ex winners and guest judges who would be fine as replacements for Torode and Wallace.

Dick and Dom in da kitchen FTW :flexed_biceps:

Yeah, the Oz version had its own crises but managed to survive as its format and style is stronger. More food and less personality driven.

Fck Ticketmaster and fck them again. I wish there was any other way to buy tickets rather than use these useless cunthooks.
Log in to get Bob Dylan tickets, all good then get to the queue. ā€œYour access to the queue is restricted as it appears you are using a vpnā€ fair enough work pc. Log in via my phone, ā€œyou cannot join the queue as an account with your phone number is already in the queueā€ FFS!!! Now pretty much sold out.

Ah well, console yourself with the thought that the scalpers and touts will have got all they wanted…

No such thing!

Bring back the days of buying tickets at the venue or local record shop.

The modern scourge of automated pestering for a review of every single interaction can have one.

No, I am not going to review the GP (WTF? Like there’s a choice), the queuing system for a blood test, or the bottle of vape juice.

Or the printer cartridge or the vacuum bags.

Grr.

There needs to be a reward. And not just a chance of reward - they want me to spend my time doing something that’s of value to them but not to me. They can pay me.

Sometimes I’ll do it if it’s for the common good. The old eBay reviews where sellers could leave negs and there was enough oversight to stop malpractice were worth the effort. But the NHS really has become obsessed with reviewing. I’m detached from the modern world (soshul meeja, the retreat from reality into Phoneland etc). Do the NHS offer the chance to review them because they think people want it ? Do most people actually want it ?
