Consider me an absolute virgin when it comes to growing green shite, can someone recommend some roses that will grow to about waist height?

I’ve knocked down what was left of the wall and dug out the hedge. I’ll be putting in a fence that is the same as the neighbour so looking for bushes/plants that can go in where the hedge was.

I’ve bought a ‘bloomerang’ lilac tree for corner where the remnants of the wall are in the photo and plan to put Jasmin at the other end by the house.

The rest of it I’d like to fill with red, orange and white roses???

And the rest. Much has already been dead-headed…

Houston, we have a tomato.

I repeat, this is not a drill, we have a tomato.

I know this isn’t a breakthrough for those of you with greenhouses, but we just have a couple of pots in the back yard.

Thanks. Fecking stinks though

Yep, Wiki agrees!
Like the wild UK arum (lords and ladies, cuckoo pint) it can warm its spadix by uncoupling the mitochondria from ATP production to heat-generating futile cycles.
