I loved today the two Indian aunties on the tills at M&S.
Some poor schmo had clearly panicked and grabbed the first thing that came to hand, but when he came to pay “This is a short fitting. You are a tall man. This doesn’t work at all”
In fairness they had a point, he was a very big man and it in no way fitted him when they made him put it on.
But dat walk of shame when they sent him back in disgrace to get something that actually fitted

Random recommendation for Cabin Zero hand luggage.
This started with some friends of the wife’s cousin, she copied them, the wife copied her, and when there was a deal recently I caved.
The wife has a classic 28L, official under seat size for BA and even valid cabin luggage for Ryanair. I’ve now got a 36L so we have options.
Cheap(ish), light, waterproof, tough and someone has thought hard about the structure. “Rucksack mode” has been a bit of a life-saver today.
