Didn’t like him even as a child, he always gave off wrong ‘un vibes.
He hired himself out for personal appearances at children’s events and parties. It was not uncommon for him to make these appearances pissed drunk.

How the hell do you virtual gang rape someone’s avatar in the metaverse. Story just popped on my news feed and looks like there was another case in 2022.
What I mean is, why the fuck would facebook create this sort of thing as an option. I presume there must be some sort of coding or programming that virtualises the sexual assault or rape graphics.
Perhaps I’m getting old and naive but this is just bizarre.

Well I suppose technically the metaverse is Meta rather than faecesbook but they’re all the same cunts.

A spokesperson for Meta said: “The kind of behaviour described has no place on our platform, which is why for all users we have an automatic protection called personal boundary, which keeps people you don’t know a few feet away from you.”
How did this not prevent it then? or more importantly why was the software written to allow (or permit) sexual assaults or rape in the virtual environment?
Holy shit, amazed they got everyone off the plane alive. The cabin and rescue crews deserve a lot of saki this evening.

A VR researcher interviewed on World at One this lunchtime said a similar thing happened to her a couple of years ago when she first entered a metaworld. In her case it amounted to obscene language and inappropriate touching of her avatar. She said the (multiple, ‘male’) perpetrators were waiting and the whole ‘assault’ happened very fast. She said setting up the boundary ‘took six clicks’ and was not intuitive. She also said that young people tended to leave the boundary down ‘so that they can high-five their friends’.
