Deepware AI scanner suggests that it’s not AI generated.
Most of these are complete manufactured bollocks. This one looks like he can defy gravity.
To be present at such an amazing event and then to be sat watching something else entirely on your phone. What was the person in the foreground thinking…
I did think it might be fake because the whole premise is improbable. That’s why I scanned it before posting. I guess the scanner is not infallible.
AI kido.
The laws of physics say it’s fake.
It looks fake.
It’s fake.
Looks like it.
What’s going on in this frame ?
Accounting for limbs from the back to the front (ignore young guy’s legs):
i) In the far distance is young guy’s right arm, roughly where we’d expect it
ii) Old guy’s left arm is hidden, again as we might expect
iii) Is that old guy’s left leg ? OK, I might just about believe it if he’s kept his yoga up every single day
iv) So next must be old guy’s right leg. This is where the image falls apart. I mean no. Just no. The stretch in his robe shows where his right thigh is. He’d need at least two knees, at right angles to one another, to get his right shin vertical like that
v) Old guy’s right arm with young guy’s left holding his hand look plausible.
Some later frames are just a mess, with very obvious vertical joins.
Just look at the crowd, that’s where AI always fails, in the background details.
Got a real quandary for Wednesday.
Have an MRI scan on my knee at 9.00 should be home for 11.00.
Then have to make a decision from these three options
- British Lions v Reds
- 2nd Test Eng v India
- Work
You can probably manage both 1 and 2 quite happily.
In the unlikely event that anyone cares about the heavily-manufactured furore around Bob Vylan’s Glasto chanting, here’s a pretty smart take on an evolving situation:
“Won’t somone please think of the baby-killers?! ”
Well, they seem to be coping pretty well with their trauma…
They’ve just released a statement (Insta seems to be their preferred means of communication - I guess they left Twitter with everyone else)

Haha, I see it’s picked up 16k likes in 30 minutes.
19k while I was typing. Good luck putting that genie back in the bottle Starmer, the Mail etc.
That is tidy AF
This ^^ - beautifully put, and now up to 37k likes
I’m unsure about what’s going on here. Superficially “Death to the IDF !” was a strange thing to chant. It’s not protest. Protest is when you cry for change that you actually want to happen which pretty much means it has to be at least slightly possible for it to happen. The people who are in a position to kill Israeli soldiers are already doing it and don’t need any more encouragement. The people that Bob Vylan are trying to influence are never going to try to kill Israeli soldiers. Protest would have sounded like “Sanction Israel” or “Put Netanyahu before the ICC” or “Stop selling Israel arms” etc.
“Death to the IDF” was hate speech. BV must have known that. They probably also knew that protest has done no good whatsoever for months and months but hate speech would get them onto the News and all sorts of high-ups hot under the collar. It might have been the smart thing to do.
I think hate is under-rated. I hate quite a lot of things and I’m not really ashamed of most of them.
I really am not sure it was. What stunts like this do is allow people ideologically wedded to one side of a fight to discount anybody who disagrees with them as an extremist and then reduces any prompting they may have to examine the actions of “their” side.
I fear they’re beyond reach already.
BV’s Insta manifesto is clear and reasoned (that said, the IDF won’t be dismantled - what the world needs is for it to be constrained). With luck it will persuade at least some of the people who matter. But it can only do that if enough of the voters read it, and that will only happen if the issue has become a hot one.
As a form of attention-grabbing I much prefer ineffectual chanting at a festival to, say, blocking the roads or intimidating politicians’ families or vandalising precious things which belong to everyone.
Remember when they asked the question,is punk more of a threat than communism.
