There’s a strong chance we may never get far, though personally I suspect we’re a few tens of generations away from mastering things like time and gravity (among many others) such that we can move mass (us) fast enough to make interstellar travel for living humans feasible. I can’t disagree with this, burglary is a horrible crime. It happened to me maybe 15 yrs ago in Hartlepool and a lot of stuff was taken whilst I was sleeping upstairs. It really was an awful feeling.
Fortunately it is no longer an issue, we don’t even consider locking the doors, even when we go off Island.
