Don’t worry. I burn logs at home sometimes too but it is being said that some of the recent smogs have been augmented by smoke from an increased number of log burning stoves in the SE.
I’m not sure it’s really that surprising tbh. Many people have them and use them at this time of year,
I guess it’s better than the coal fuelled smogs of the late 50’s.
