today is centenary of the raf , great to see all the celebrations . i am proud of members of our family who flew spitfires and mosquitos` and i am sure you have many members who flew in the raf too . we owe them a great debt
there is a great programme too on Guy Martin and the vulcan at 9pm

I don’t know what condition they get them in, they are restoring quite a few but it’s clearly slow going, they don’t have much money I think.

Yeah, it’s a monumentally expensive business just restoring them to look purty, and then they still have to keep them parked outside cos building are WAY too expensive. Damned shame. but glad they’re trying at least
