Looking at the ceiling of a flat we rent out which has been damaged quite seriously by the over exuberant sexual activity of the tenants in the flat above. Our tenant has witnessed the whole ceiling moving & the pendant lamp bobbing up & down
Not funny for the lad renting ours whose expecting that moulding to crash down at any point.

Yes it would. The owner of the flat above has been round to look at this damage but our tenant was too timid to say to him what the cause was although he told me. Of course the occupants above are denying having done anything out of the ordinary.
