Wonderful opportunity to make a very big difference in peoples lives . Its a massive responsibility but i am sure you are up to it . Hopefully they might have made a bit of improvement to the current NHS pension problem that is making Dr`s and staff stop doing overtime and thus increase waiting lists . I would have thought the NHS pension was much better than anything a SIPP could offer , just having the index linking makes a big difference . i hope you take the job and when i am sick and admitted to hospital i know who is running the place .
