…sad about money.
Our landscaping is progressing with a patio going down this week and a deck to build next week. The last of the new double glazing goes in on Thursday, so just bit of tiling and painting and we are fully renovated.
Thank feck that is over…

They buy as much renewable energy as they sell as ‘renewable’. So while it’s all the same stuff down the wires, your money will only go to renewable-providing suppliers. This in turn will push up the price of renewable energy over fossil fuel, which will enable more renewable facilities to be built.

I’m staying at my mum’s tonight, as I had to be there today to let the carpet fitter in, and I have to be there early doors tomorrow for the stairlift people.
So I’ve decided to go to the pub. I noticed some guitars on the stage area.
Then a guy picks one up and starts playing Losing My Religion, and to be fair he can play. But oh fuck, He. Cannot. Sing. At. All.
He gets about 2/3 through, looks at the room emptying and says “Well fuck that then” and started packing up his gear…
