Watching and constantly refreshing, various ticketing sites, for FoL#1 Ellie, waiting for tickets for BTS :scream: at Twickenham to go live, which was meant to be 09:00 today, but no sign of them yet. FML.

I did that for niece #1 a couple of years ago. Absolutely no chance.

FWIW she’s an emo kid now.

Happy Birthday, pah fifty t’aint but a pimple on the arse of longevity. Enjoy your day.

I still have no idea what that is

A bunch of South Korean androids, in the guise of a K-Pop boyband, programmed to extract as much money as possible from teenage girls or, more accurately, their parents.

That was interesting.
I had to google K-Pop then realised I knew of Gangnan style.
Watched a 10 best of video, a whole new internet wormhole. :flushed:
I can see why teens are into it

Just the 4.

Actually, I’ve been looking at Discogs a bit recently and a fair few of my “accidental” multi-purchases have proven to be rather lucrative.

This would be true for me if I could bring myself to actually sell records. As I have never sold a record I bought or was given (I’ve given some away and had some stolen) this appreciation in value is irrelevant to me… :unamused:.

What with you being an economist and all, one might consider that a FAIL !

Nope, just a supply constraint. I do econometrics, so I am probably not an economist, but lets not split hairs…

OK, a mathematically competent economist then. Close enough ?

Not sure I would go that far…
