Today I have mainly been V3.0

A lot depends on the exact cuts of meat / breed of pig used. A decent proportion of belly from a fatty breed of pig and you may well not need to add in additional fat for example.

Having a cold :sneezing_face:

It is Thursday. :grin:

It’s only early still, but so far today I have mainly been in first session with private trainer, in a gym very near me. Flipping awesome. Extreme, but highly informative. Pleasantly knackered, now.

Haha! Erm… not exactly. But now I’m back home, I may stick a bakery item in the oven… I feel I’ve earned it.

I and a few friends taught ourselves to play squash when we were students. An hour or so sweating on Magdalen squash courts followed by three quick pints of Kronenbourg over the road in the Eastgate seemed to result in no net change to our waistlines.

Haha! A state of balance.

Doing advanced bake-off-onomics.

Let whisky budget = Travelodge - sleeping bag

Travelodge = £200
Sleeping bag = £10.20 (after endless discounts)

=> Whisky budget = :slightly_smiling_face:

one night?

Yup. Ibis = £224, Crowne Plaza = £283.

Saturday night in Liverpool isn’t cheap.

May as well have stayed in the Hope Street Hotel - Ā£269, but a lovely hotel - we’ve stayed before.

We nearly opted in to @htm_1968 bake but Louise said she would only stay in Hope Street Hotel, plus the rush of getting a train…we decided not to…

That’s exactly what young Olan recommended.

However £10.20 for a sleeping bag and £189.90 for whisky is more appealing.

I think people are assuming the sleeping bag is for the Travelodge :grinning:
