maybe in fact probably - but it would have been nice to see their thinking on their new engineering building. Especially since we are moving to RIBA stage 3 on our own new edifice.
First shift back at work tonight after three months on the sick. Christ almighty I can hardly move now - there’s not a bit of me that isn’t aching. Need booze to soften the blow but I expect I’ll feel ten times worse tomorrow.

As I don’t drive I had to cycle to work due to the fact that the buses are hit and miss when I finished at 10:30 and I’d just be getting home now. But it’s scary bad how fat and unfit I feel 
I bet it’s great to be out on the bike again though, eh? Just take things slowly if you can, and enjoy the air in your bellows.
