I actually checked that. It’s 3.5m high, planning is only needed when things are over 4m!

I’ve been limiting my bike runs to the 30-40 mark but today’s the anniversary of my Dad passing away in 2018 so it was a 70 miler ( a bit naughty but I won’t be doing this sort of mileage again until this lockdown is over). I wasn’t sure I’d make it as I’ve only been back on the bike for about 5 weeks so quite chuffed.
Last year I decided to do a run up to Inverbeg (opposite Ben Lomond) rather than mope as he loved hearing about the places I managed to visit on the bike so it’s a nice way to remember him.
Last year the weather was identical although not as windy
