Today I have mainly been V3.0

Looks like a harsh toke that…

hot tyre levers

Out on a 6 to 7 mile walk from Peak Forest. No rain, which was a pleasant surprise, and even a few views.

The entrance to Eldon Hole - never did this when I ventured underground.

It’s the time of year for it:

at least it proved that my sense of smell still works.

I always like this bit of beech wood, especially at this time of year:

A well-sheltered track

with some spooky gnarly branches:

I can never get tarts in reality to match the ones in my imagination. I expect them to be firm & well-rounded but they always turn out to be saggy and a bit misshapen.

I’m sure the local lady folk will be enamored with that description.

Today I have been on a Teams meeting with 150 other people from work and this man

Patrick Hutchinson

Patrick is a friend of a guy who works in our IT team at work.
We have a very active Diversity and Inclusion team and as part of Black History month Patrick gave a chat about what happened prior to this photo, the event itself and what has happened since.

It was interesting, humbling and inspirational, there were loads of questions afterwards.

Without doubt the best Teams call I have ever been on.

Tidying the office that had been used for storage for months!

First job was set up computer and little system.

Mac to Cobalt USB DAC to Onkyo amp and Concept 20 speakers, not bad at all.

Dog approves

They approve of the bean bag and company more than the music.

Actually I think he’s imaging how much more symmetrical it would be with the screen sat on top of the amp

It’s a waterproof housing that connects to the phone via Bluetooth to operate the shutter, zoom etc so there are no buttons going through the case to touch the phone

It also doubles up as a dive computer, logging depth, dive time etc and stamping the photos
