Well that went well. Mrs L left her handbag (ie ‘life’) in the pub. Elaborate plan involving daughter and Mr L have now retrieved it.
I should have remembered that she turns into Ginwoman after number 3. I think we will be lucky to make it to midnight.

Had a guy produce half a razor blade from his mouth while in the cage last night, he was a delight in custody.

A mate’s son’s wee girlfriend was killed on her bike by a drunk driver at around 1am on new year’s day.
Never mind losing their job, house etc. I’d happily set fire to all of them.

I’m going back to the early 70’s but in a&e a drunk was misbehaving, the parents of a child he’d run over were also there. Two kindly officers removed the drunk who only had very superficial injuries away from the area. The child was fine, cuts bruises but little else. The drunk was returned to a&e shortly afterwards, oh dear, he’d fallen down the entrance steps and made a right mess of himself requiring facial sutures and multiple bruising, very fortunate the officers were there to assist him.

More than likely, however locally we have seen some time inside recently for the more ‘bad’ ones. It’s just what the judge thinks on the day.
