Today I have walked to the neighbouring village for coffee & cake, taken a hedgehog to Tiggywinkles,
and cleaned up the garden sheds.
Eaten lunch.
Drank wine.
Drank beer.
Drank more beer.
A bit more beer.
Now drinking a bit more wine.

Today is a good day.

Seaford Head is shared with many foorpaths and walkers.(on left in top pic)

As the old saying goes, a gentleman is one who can play the bagpipes but doesn’t.

From google so could be anyone.

As Oscar Wilde said, “An Irish gentleman is someone who can play the bagpipes but won’t.”

I thought all internet quotes are attributed to Mark Twain

The Waits quote was about an accordian so I got that wrong as well

Most quotes eventually get attributed to Oscar Wilde and Mark Twain

Early start today as FoL 2.0 headed off to University accompanied by Jackie and FoL 3.0. My eldest and I go out to dinner tonight before she heads off to Glasgow tomorrow to resume University. It’ll be very quiet here with only three of us and the dog.
