Ah, that was only on weekends.
Health and Safety is for the workplace. Once it becomes DIY H&S is a debilitator to fun. Ask Rod Hull.
Sadly I couldnāt get a picture of one of the more sketchy highlights. Being stood on the crumbling apex of my asbestos garage roof holding the bough while my friend cut it 10" away (The plan being Iād stop it crashing through the roof and taking us with it) It was a tad heavy when it gave. Do they teach you how to do this properly when training?
Weāve still got a big branch to deal with (Friday) itās not climbable and more vertical so holding a chainsaw above your head and hoping the branch doesnāt come straight down seems a bit iffy?
Yes, it involves having your chainsaw operator in a harness, and a rope on the piece of wood to be cut off, ideally attached to a pulley at some point higher u the tree.
Canāt you just cover the tree in petrol and burn it to a stump in a fireball that illuminates the south west for 3 days?
On the plus side thereās little chance of the garage going up as well
I like ālog warmingā.
Tame Beavers be the answer. I dont know whether the Beaver union has a health and safety dept.
Overkill. H&S gone madā¦
Having legs is so overrated
PAH! I once cut my own leg off!
For a joke.
It was fucking hilarious. Everyone puked.
Me included.
You fucking young ā¦er⦠middle-aged people are all fucking pantywaist milksop girlymen! Afraid of a tiny scratch!!
It really needs Jim to do a risk assessment to determine wether the bigger risk is from falling lumber or asbestosis
Donāt forget sunburn. Oh, hang on ā¦
All that timber processing at Lopwell and youāve learnt nothing? Guru Bob is losing his touch.
Did chainsaw work well?
