Can’t have gone that badly (it featured about 1.5 hours of pair-programming building an application from scratch) - “final” interview tomorrow.
I’m still not 100% on what they do - credit derivs I think - but it’s basically pushing numbers from one place to another, like all the other jobs.
Getting my dates mixed up. The job I had planned for today was next week and the guy is on night shift… doh.
Spent the morning jetting my block paved drive. Fucking ball ache. Moss, sand and dirt flying everywhere. Need to jet the house walls now.

Although I quite often have to do the commercial as well as the construction management, on the Costa roll out, I was allocated a cost manager. Thing is, she recently went on maternity leave, so my boss asked me to complete the cost reporting in her absence. She only lives about a mile from me, so I popped around.
You could say I’ve been left holding the (commercial) baby

Tonight I have been sitting in the garden and listening to music streamed to my tablet, then bluetoothed to a Bluetooth receiver, then fed into an old FM transmitter to wireless speakers.
And it seems to work pretty well.
Next pointless project will be Bluetoothing vinyl from the dining room to the garden.
Up at 2.30 to take son2 & friends to Bristol airport. Dropped them at 5, home again by 7. Fecked now with a busy day ahead. eek.
