This is vegan…uses firm silken tofu though, not the stuff you press

Fermented black beans, rice wine, ginger garlic would be a good vegan stir fry for firm stuff

Mapo tofu (silken again) with shitake mushrooms instead of mince

Not the biggest fan of tofu - it’s the texture i don’t like and if a recipe calls for cubes I’ll usually replace it with paneer. However scrambled tofu can be good - just needs to be spicy.

I was shallow frying the tempeh the other night so did the same with the tofu rather than stir frying

Texture not as nice

Also, different brands can vary a lot

Sadly, I have to agree with Tezza here. The standard of trolling on this thread is shocking. Even ATOC can’t be arsed to consider more than the scrapings from the bottom of the bucket. Fucking disgraceful…
